How do I know which size to order for CAT boots?
CAT Footwear typically runs true to size, but some of our industrial steel-toe boots may have a roomier fit to accommodate thick work socks. We recommend consulting our comprehensive Size Guide located on each product page for specific measurements.
What is your return policy for worn items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. However, items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We cannot accept returns on boots that have been worn on a job site or show signs of outdoor use.
Are CAT boots waterproof?
Many of our styles feature waterproof leathers and seam-sealed construction. Please look for the 'Waterproof' icon in the product specifications to ensure the specific model meets your environmental needs.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options at checkout for those who need their gear urgently.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
Yes, CAT Footwear provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper care.
How should I clean and maintain my leather boots?
To extend the life of your boots, we recommend cleaning off dirt with a damp cloth and applying a leather conditioner periodically. For suede or nubuck styles, use a specialized brush to maintain the nap and prevent staining.
